But if your vibe is strength and acceleration, we have functional and HIIT too, with reference teachers in their modalities.

We are an online platform, but we are also closer than you think.

We organize classroom classes in several cities in Brazil, in parks and beaches, squares and leisure spaces. And we've spread training stations in multiple locations, true meeting points for wellness, so you can exercise at your own time, at your pace and outdoors – or at home, of course, while we're in isolation.

WHERE TO TAKE CLASSES:

Our local group classes take place in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Brasília, Goiânia, Floripa, Recife and

Saints. For those who don't live in these cities, we also have exercise stations in Curitiba, Niterói, Cabo Frio, São Pedro da Aldeia and Balneário Camboriú. And for those who enjoy the outdoors, there is a place all over Brazil to follow our trainings. Let's train!
